~ The groundwork of all happiness is health ~
Everything we do, even unconsciously, accumulates and ends up, over time, affecting how we look and feel. Once we decide to take care of ourselves properly - a very important part of living agelessly - then we can have the energy and glowing health that supports what we want to do.
When we honor our body we treat it with the tenderness that comes from understanding that it is under our care. And while that may mean realizing our own limitations, it doesn't have to mean being limited by them.
~ When I ask myself, " What do I need to accomplish these goals?" it always comes back to the same three things: ~ eat well, exercising regularly, and making sure I get enough rest. ~ When these three elements are part of my daily routine, all else falls into place. I know that the choices I make in each of these three areas affect me, almost immediately, in every aspect of my life.
Don't think of healthy eating in terms od denying yourself: think in terms of nurturing yourself. Look at what you can add to your diet instead of what you need to take away
